Four coaching sessions per month
(approximately one per week)

In these sessions, we will:

• begin going through my intake form together

• get a clearer picture of what relationship history with your body has been

• identify patterns of communication that have been occurring between you and your body

• notice themes that have been present in miscommunication between you and your body

• equip you with the tools you need to facilitate a life-long relationship of compassionate communication with the person of your body
